What We Keep is an embodied time capsule that warps temporal and geographic boundaries, while building bridges across expressions of Blackness. In this duet, future ancestors dance, sing, and laugh their predictions and determinations of the colonized cultural markers that must recede to make way for the re-emergence of a care-based, Afro-Indigenous cultural landscape whose home resides not in any soil, but in the bones, bodies, and souls of Black folk.
