FINDING YOUR VOICE
If there’s one thing you should know before taking this class, it’s that your voice is not something you have to find; You already have it. It’s who you are and in everything you do. The question is, how to use it. Using exercises and techniques that are both practical and spiritual, as well as reading, listening and assessing some of the great writers of our time, “Finding Your Voice” will show you how to develop your writing voice, express your truth, and introduce you to some of the essential elements of the craft of writing. Whether you write fiction, poetry, spoken word, or screenplays, understanding how to use your artistic voice is vital to being heard. Say what needs to be said and add your voice to the cultural conversation.
* Courage is a requirement for this workshop.
