About Jay-C Val

JAY-C VAL is a french multidisciplinary dancer, specialized in modern dance movements such as Dancehall, Afrobeatz and Hiphop. His choreographic universe is unique, rich and in perpetual evolution.

Originally from Cameroon, Jay-C was surrounded by traditional rhythms and music from an early age. He naturally began his dance training in African dance styles, and in traditional Cameroonian dances. As an acrobatic dancer, Jay-C has also studied Capoeira, the Brazilian martial art, including both physical and musical parts. .

Eager to grow in his dance, he studied new dance styles such as Hip-Hop, Jazz Rock, House, Dancehall and Cuban Salsa. He was quickly invited to join different companies, and to participate in various shows, events and videos all over the world.

Jay-C shares his dance universe with several Parisian and international schools, where he teaches Dancehall, Afrobeatz, Hip-hop, Acrobatics and House.

A multifaceted artist who loves learning and experimenting with new styles, he is open-minded and always looking for unique experiences. Jay-C is an energetic, powerful, graceful and passionate dancer who communicates enthusiasm, good humor and the joy of dancing to his audience.
