About
Kendra Oyesanya is a professional dancer based in Los Angeles, born and raised in Oklahoma City. In 2013, Kendra won Pepsi's "Dance for a Chance" contest and got the opportunity to work with Beyonce's choreographer Chris Grant and meet Beyoncé. It was Chris Grant who convinced Kendra to move to Los Angeles to pursue dance professionally. Since moving to Los Angeles, Kendra has worked with some of the industries top recording artists including Beyoncé, P. Diddy and the Bad Boy family, Ciara, Chris Brown, Cardi B, Tamar Braxton, Paul McCartney, Neyo and many more. Now pursuing a career in acting, Kendra secured a role as a series regular in the Lionsgate scripted series "Step Up High Water" as Poppy Martinez and recently finished filming season 2 of the series streaming on YouTube premium.
