½ cup palm oil
1 onion
1 - 2 chilli peppers - Scotch bonnet or habanero
Salt
3 - 4 large potatoes (or white-fleshed sweet potatoes or Puna yams from Nigerian/Ghana), peeled and cut into large chunks
Optional
Seasoning
1 - 2 tablespoons ground crayfish
½ teaspoon ground turmeric (to boost the immune system)
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper (to boost the immune system)
***EFO***
¼ cup palm oil
Handful fresh tomatoes, sliced or roughly chopped
1 onion, sliced
½ red bell pepper, sliced
1 chilli pepper, chopped - scotch bonnet/habanero etc
1 - 2 cups wilted leafy greens (Amaranth, spinach, kale, chard, callaloo, sweet potato greens), chopped
